Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

1. General
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the service. By using the HAND3AG online takeaway ordering service ("online ordering service")in this website provided by HAND3AG (Hong Kong) Limited ("HAND3AG") for the territory of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), you agree that you have read these Online Ordering Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. HAND3AG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions anytime and will publish the revised version on the website.The online ordering service is directed solely at persons accessing the website from Hong Kong.

2.Settings Requirements of online ordering service
In order to use this service, you are required to access HAND3AG online ordering service through computers, mobile phones or tablets. HAND3AG recommends the following browser settings for the best experience:
- Chrome 31/ Firefox 27/ Safari 7 or above versions
- Recommended screen resolution: 1024 x 768
- Javascript and Cookies must be turned on

3.Eligibility and Login
3.1 The online ordering service is opened to HAND3AG members and non-members in Hong Kong. Before placing orders through the online ordering service, please read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Statement. By using online ordering service, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Policy Statement. HAND3AG membership is not transferable or assignable and is for the designated member’s personal use and benefit only. Proof for verification of the membership identity may be required.
3.2 HAND3AG registered guests are required to use mobile phone number and the pre-set password to login and place order through the online ordering service.
3.3 HAND3AG registered guests are responsible for all actions, transactions and/or activities being conducted on this website.
3.4 HAND3AG has the absolute discretion to refuse the login of any person or to terminate the access right to or use of the online ordering service of or by any person for any reason whatsoever.

4.Online Purchase
4.1 This website only provides takeaway ordering services with self-pick-up. It does not provide delivery services.
4.2 For placing an order via our Online Ordering System, you need to provide your email address and provide your phone number for contact purpose. If you are providing contact of another person, please ensure you have obtained the consent of such other person and you will be responsible for the personal information provided.
4.3 Order made on this website is subject to acceptance and confirmation by HAND3AG. Once an order is confirmed, the order can neither be cancelled nor altered.

5.Product information and prices
5.1 We will update the product information and prices provided on this website from time to time. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability.
5.2 We shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to the Customer of similar value and style.
5.3 The prices posted on this website are for online ordering only. Prices for some products may differ from those charged at retail store(s).
5.4 HAND3AG may at its absolute discretion from time to time refuse any order, set credit limit(s) against any order.
5.5 Product information, colour, pricing and image(s) are for reference only.

6.1 The total payment or the remaining balance after deduction of discounts, of the same online order must be settled by a valid VISA card or MasterCard via the online ordering service.
6.2 All products are listed in HK dollars.
6.3 The system of online ordering service has applied Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All personal information including customer’s credit card number, name, email address and phone number will undergo encryption before transmission through internet to protect the information from being accessed by unauthorized third-party during transmission.
6.4 HAND3AG reserves the right to modify payment terms for any order without prior notice.

7.Order Pickup
7.1 If an order is not being picked up within the selected pickup date specified on the order, the order will be deemed cancelled /void and no refund will be made.
7.2 During pickup, customers must show the valid order number or order confirmation to the staff for verification. Each order number can be used for pickup once only. Pickup records kept by HAND3AG shall be deemed conclusive.
7.3 HAND3AG shall use its reasonable effort to ensure orders to be completed within the selected pickup time assigned by the customer, but pickup time in particular store(s) may be reasonably delayed due to operational circumstances.

8.Refund and Cancellation
8.1 Upon confirmation of the order, neither the order can be cancelled, nor the item(s) can be altered by the customer.
8.2 All items sold are non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable after payment of such order has been completed.

9.1 In case of any dispute, the decision of HAND3AG (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.
9.2 If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the English version of the terms and conditions shall prevail.
